Quanda

What it is

Quanda is software for football agencies: players, clubs, deals, documents and player communication in one workspace, with a portal for every player. It is built around how representation actually works, where a deal is a set of clauses and a mandate is a date that quietly expires, rather than adapted from a sales CRM. Senso is a partner in the venture, not a supplier to it.

What they do

Quanda sells to agents, agencies and intermediaries, the people who negotiate transfers, renewals and brand deals on a player's behalf. That job is being regulated back into a profession. Licensing returned, disclosure expectations grew, and the amount an agent can be asked to evidence went up, which is the point at which every profession stops running on recollection and starts needing a system of record. Quanda is that record, and the player portal is the half other software leaves out.

What I did

Senso handled brand, product design, positioning and engineering. The identity, the interface and the design system behind it, and the argument the product makes for why the category needs this now. We also lead engineering; we build it together and hold equity in the outcome rather than billing for the hours.
